This was taken on my commute home, after crossing the bridge Roosevelt Bridge into Arlington, there is an off-ramp before I-66...to Rosslyn. I took the photograph leaning out of my window as he crossed the street. I was lucky to capture the lady's reaction at the sight of the man walking towards her. It's a weird moment, but I like it.
