They gathered around the Tidal Basin to see the trees. I enjoyed watching the tourists mingle with the locals. Some sat on benches, and some sat upon branches.
Some sat on the ground, lost in thought.

I miss the cherry blossoms! That was one of the most wonderful sightings in DC....
Today I met your sister's family. Tim, Margara and the kids came over to my mom's house...large family gathering. We missed you!

I kept the camera in the backpack, and spentt most of the time chatting with cousins and friends. I did take a few pics of Eugenia's baby, but no that you mentioned it...hat's the one thing i forgot to do...is to get a group pic with Maggie Waggs and her family.
